Day 1 Magic Moment

Make the owner sit back and watch the computer do something worth bragging about.

This is the first-run theater: catch a missed call, read a roof report, and refresh the storm board live. It should feel like the business just woke up.

Today's Script

Today's Script

Storms put half the city on your phone. Three hot leads, two builds that can't slip, one adjuster you don't want to piss off. Clear this and you sleep tonight.

Ready to simulate a missed call.
One roof at a time. No missed adjusters. No unpaid extras.
Today's Script: 0 / 0 complete

At-a-boy. The day feels a lot less like you're chasing storms.

Funding check: Over the next 5 days you'll lay out about $14k in material and labor. Cash + supplier credit available: $18k.

Green bar means this storm week is safely funded. When it shrinks, the board tells you before you over-promise.

What this is (in plain English)

This is a mockup of a Roofer Storm Board / Control Center running on the actual BnB app stack. Instead of trying to remember every lead, build, supplement, and callback from your head and texts, this screen says: “Hit these few roofs, calls, and adjusters today and the storm money actually lands.”

Every job shows up like an episode, so you can see what's waiting on you, on the crew, on the carrier, or on the homeowner. Behind the scenes, the system keeps simple checklists so photos, docs, and supplements are done before the carrier closes the file.

Example of how we explain the nerd words right on the screen: when a call comes in, Twilio sends the details to a webhook in your Command Center. Hover that word and you get the plain-English explanation.

From here, the SaaS connections hook in: calls and texts from Twilio, jobs and homeowners from your CRM or spreadsheet, money from accounting systems, and now a live NOAA / SPC storm-report path so the board knows which roofs are sold, scheduled, funded, paid, and likely worth chasing first.

If something like this lived on the laptop in your truck or office, would you pull it up between jobs? What would you change so it feels like your roofing company, not a software demo?
